Sundae Shake Up #7

Hey everyone. I would like to thank you for stopping by the "Sundae Shake Up". I have some pretty exciting news for you all. Starting on September 1st, I will be hosting a "30 Photo Fun Party" here at Jacque's Soda Parlor. Every day in September, I'll be challenging myself to take various pictures based on a daily theme. I would like to invite all of you to do this challenge with me, and link up to share with me!! I would love to see all of your perspectives on each daily theme!!! Now that I've listed off this exciting news... I'd like to feature some of last week's projects that have been linked up.

Check out this cute headband tutorial, provided by Kadie at "Seven Alive". I've walked through a few craft fairs this Summer, and saw similar headbands selling between $5 and $15 a piece. Why not save some $$$ by making your own!?! Thanks Kadie for sharing with us!

Another creative idea was shared by "Word Up, Nerd Up". They have a fancy "Newsprint Nails" tutorial. Here you will learn how to paste actual newspaper prints onto your fingernails. I had never heard of this idea before, and it looks like a lot of fun! Not to mention AWESOME! Thanks for sharing this with us!
